-Ben Truitt was named as director, FHA, for Arbor Commercial Mortgage LLC’s Denver office.

A 17-year commercial real estate finance veteran, Truitt will be responsible for providing capital for the refinance, acquisition and construction of multifamily housing and senior housing.

Prior to joining Arbor, Truitt began his commercial lending career as an originator with GMAC Commercial Mortgage.

Since then, he has had various roles with GMAC, PNC Bank, Red Stone, AmeriSphere and ACRE, and has a U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Multifamily Accelerated Processing designation. Over his career, Truitt has been involved with the origination or underwriting of $570 million in closed loans.

Truitt received his Master of Business Administration degree in real estate development and investments from the University of Colorado Boulder, where he also received an undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering.

-Kyle K. Rank, chief compliance officer of title insurance underwriter Alliant National Title Insurance Co., passed the exam to become a Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.

Rank has been in the title insurance industry since 1989.

Previous titles held include chief claims counsel, associate general counsel, general counsel and resident and part owner of an independent title insurance agency.

He first joined Alliant National in 2010, when he was hired as the Missouri State Agency manager. However, because of his professional background and experience, he was promoted to chief compliance officer. He now manages the entire quality and compliance department of Alliant National Title Insurance Co.

-Scott Graber joined Gershman Mortgage as vice president of multifamily and senior housing.

Graber will oversee the operations of St. Louisbased Gershman’s newly opened office in Denver, which specializes in multifamily, health care and commercial lending. He has 13 years of experience in commercial real estate and loan originations.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in finance from Seattle University and a master’s in real estate development and construction from the University of Denver.

Prior to joining Gershman, he concurrently fulfilled the roles of a Federal Housing Administration production manager for 11 NorthMarq Capital offices and a direct originator at AmeriSphere. Most recently, he held a senior vice president position in Johnson Capital’s Denver office.

-Chase Christensen joined RPC Properties LLC as a broker associate.

Christensen joined the Fort Collins brokerage firm with experience in the Northern Colorado market.

-Justin Pless, founder of Pless Law Firm LLC, was named to the 2015 Colorado Super Lawyers list as a rising star in real estate law.

Pless focuses his practice on commercial real estate matters, including purchase and sale, leasing, development, land use and finance transactions. He represents a variety of clients, ranging from individual real estate investors to Fortune 500 companies.
