Bryan Construction Inc., a Colorado Springs-based construction management and general contracting firm, announced that Terry Drahota and his Fort Collins and Steamboat Springs-based construction operations will become part of an operating group of Bryan Construction, doing business as Drahota – A Bryan Construction Co. out of Fort Collins. Bryan Construction will maintain its brand, operating as Bryan Construction out of its Colorado Springs headquarters along with its Denver location. Bryan has also had a Fort Collins office since 2005. Scott Bryan, owner of Bryan Construction, will serve as CEO, with Terry Drahota, founder of Drahota, acting as president of the Fort Collins operation. The combined operations will include more than 120 employees among the four offices and will expand their footprint throughout Colorado and into Wyoming. “This strategic alliance will allow us to synergize our capabilities and bring more services to a wider market,” said Bryan. “Drahota’s expertise, resources and track record of high-quality projects throughout the Denver and mountain regions, and Wyoming – particularly in the multifamily and resort areas – will create a formidable entity with broad reach, big capabilities and high standards.” “We’re proud to bring our capabilities and history of service to this merger,” added Drahota. “We look forward to achieving growth together that we couldn’t have achieved individually. Bryan Construction’s mix of expertise, relationships and history of quality are a great fit for Drahota.” The company will offer a full suite of construction management and general contracting services, including design-build, design-assist, CMGC and design-bid-build, focused on commercial, civil, industrial, federal, multifamily, health care, recreation and retail projects.
