Terry and Mindy Connett formed TMC Commercial Real Estate LLC to provide property management and all associated maintenance services to the owners of shopping centers, industrial office parks, rail-served distribution centers and suburban office buildings in Denver and throughout the Front Range.

Mindy Connett, as president of TMCCRE, has more than 15 years of asset management, accounting and marketing experiences with landlord and tenant ownership interests. She also managed various commercial properties for Cole Real Estate Investments and the Inland Real Estate Group in several states. She earned her Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in organizational management from Arizona State University.

Terry Connett, as vice president and director of operations, started his career with Trammell Crow Co. in Texas and continued gaining operational and leadership experiences with third-party management companies, developers and institutional owners.

He was with Kimco Realty for the last five years.

In his 30-year career, Terry Connett has managed over 20 million square feet of retail, industrial and office properties for various owners across eight southwestern states. He earned his Bachelor of Science in criminology from the University of Houston and is a certified property manager.

-Sheridan-based commercial roofing and waterproofing contractor WeatherSure Systems Inc. promoted Mosies Flores Gayton to field superintendent of the waterproofing division.

Gayton’s primary focus will be working with owners, property managers and engineers to complete structural repair and waterproofing of curtain walls, windows, plaza decks and parking garages.

Gayton has eight years of experience working in the field as technician and foreman for WeatherSure and brings a wealth of practical knowledge to his new position.
