White Construction Group completed renovations to the exterior façade, sales area and service drive at Ed Bozarth Park Meadows Chevrolet in Lone Tree. The work included demolition of existing offices, storefront, flooring and front entry areas with upgrades, including a larger showroom along the front portion of the building that is more capable of displaying a larger cross section of the full Chevy line. The renovation introduces additional sales offices and the parts area was reconfigured to better serve technicians and customers alike. The first- and secondfloor renovations include: foundations/footings, ACM panels, interior walls, paint, fire alarm and fire suppression modifications, overhead doors, restroom finishes, new RTU unit for cooling the showroom, new lighting fixtures and custom millwork. The second phase of construction at the service drive included new paint, demolition and new tile flooring. White Construction Group Project Manager Eric Oberlander and Superintendent Ben Reitz teamed with TCE Investments and D2C Architects, a Denverbased firm, to provide Ed Bozarth Chevrolet with construction solutions.
