Old Navy, Ulta open doors at Orchard Town Center
A number of new tenants recently opened for business at the Orchard Town Center in Westminster.
Old Navy is the largest of the retailers to recently open at the center located at the northwest corner of Interstate 25 and 144th Avenue. Old Navy opened its 15,000-square-foot store in October.
Ulta Beauty opened its 10,000- sf store and Cricket its 2,165-sf store recently.
HuHot Mongolian Grill is slated to open its restaurant in mid-December. The restaurant will be 6,059 sf in size.
House of Hoops joins Park Meadows
It’s a slam dunk for House of Hoops.
The store, a division of Foot Locker, opened its first Denver area location at Park Meadows in October. The 6,144-square foot store features sneakers and apparel.
Joining House of Hoops in opening at Park Meadows are Pandora (973 sf) and L’Occitane (1,499 sf).
Several remodeled stores also are opening this month, including Nordstrom, Ann Taylor (4,291 sf) and Guess (3,435 sf). In December, The Children’s Place will open its remodeled 3,000-sf space.
Park Meadows is located at 8401 Park Meadows Center Drive in Lone Tree.
Go! Calendar & Games opens at Centerra
Go! Calendar & Games opened at The Promenade Shops at Centerra in Loveland.
The holiday store is located on the west side of the center at 5971 Sky Pond Drive, south of Dick’s Sporting Goods and next to Yankee Candle.
The store offers a wide variety of products, including preschool games, wall calendars, desk calendars, mini calendars, puzzles, stuffed animals, card games and dozens of other categories.
Go! Calendar & Games will remain open through the middle of January and operate under regular mall hours.
Bundt Shoppe, Dwell Antiques open at Cherry Hills
Dwell Antiques, an antiques, foods and home furnishings store, and The Bundt Shoppe, which sells Bundt cakes, opened at Cherry Hills Marketplace.
Cherry Hills Marketplace is located at 5910 University Blvd. in Greenwood Village and is home to other tenants including Ross Dress For Less, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, ACE Hardware, Original Pancake House, The Wooden Table, Two Mile Ranch Market and Menchie’s.
Key spaces available for lease at the center include a 2,515-square-foot space on the east side of the center.
Ascent Martial Arts joins Indian Tree center
Ascent Martial Arts and Performance Fitness recently opened its doors at the Indian Tree Shopping Center.
The center at 7725 Wadsworth Blvd. in Arvada is home to a number of other tenants, including Sprouts Farmers Market, Panera, Sherwin-Williams and Tuesday Morning.
“My business continues to grow so we needed a larger space and a more convenient location for our customer base,” said Kris Pilgrim, owner and head instructor of Ascent Martial Arts and Performance Fitness. “By moving to Indian Tree, we can double or triple our class offerings and cater to more people interested in high-end martial arts and our unique high performance fitness programs.” Ascent Martial Arts and Performance Fitness leased the 2,928-square-foot space for five years.
Northfield Stapleton adds numerous tenants
A number of new tenants are set to open at The Shops at Northfield Stapleton.
Coming soon to the center at Quebec Street and Northfield Boulevard in Denver are Colorado Nepal, Tipsy Cupcake and Which Wich Superior Sandwiches.
Colorado Nepal is set to open this month. The import gift boutique features finds like singing bowls, clothing and bamboo plants.
Also opening this month is Tipsy Cupcake. Tipsy Cupcake specializes in creating gourmet cupcakes inspired by famous drinks and cocktails, such as Crown Royal Black Tie and Blue Velvet Hypnotic.
This fall, Which Wich Superior Sandwiches will open its restaurant, which offers more than 50 varieties of customizable “wiches.” The Shops at Northfield Stapleton recently welcomed Hoot & Howl. The family friendly, pub-style restaurant and lounge is now open and is located across the street from Harkins Theatres 18 and Marco’s Pizza.
Four stores open at Aspen Grove in November
Four new stores will open their doors at Aspen Grove this month.
GoLite, which specializes in outdoor wear and equipment, is opening near Gigi’s Cupcakes.
New Balance shoe store as well as SAS Shoes, specializing in handcrafted comfort shoes, will open their stores by White House Black Market. Seasonal store Go! Calendar & Games also opens this month at Aspen Grove, which is located at 7301 S. Santa Fe Drive in Littleton.
The retail center also is gearing up for Rice Bistro & Sushi and Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, which are coming soon.
Tilted Kilt comes to Belleview Promenade
Tilted Kilt, an Irish/Scottish themed sports bar, opened this month at the Belleview Promenade.
The center, located at 8000 E. Belleview Ave. in Greenwood Village, in the Denver Tech Center, has spaces of 6,612 and 4,000 square feet available for lease as well as smaller retail spaces.
Jersey Mike’s to come to University Park
Jersey Mike’s Subs is opening this month at University Park.
The sub sandwich restaurant joins a recently opened Starbucks at the Whole Foods-anchored center at 9350-9370 S. Colorado Blvd. in Highlands Ranch.
The center has several spaces available for lease, including a 4,700-square-foot liquor store space and a 1,376-sf dry cleaner space.
