Brinkman Partners has added new employees throughout each of its five services areas: Jake Arnold (commercial broker), Kelli Broussard (accounting), Andy Burch (superintendent), Mark Christensen (operations manager), Rick Elam (superintendent), Greg Kushner (project manager), Anthony Lenort (field assistant), Sam Noblett (leasing manager), Patrick Peak (field assistant), Charissa Roepka (property manager), Alaina Squires (project coordinator) and Abe Theiss (project engineer).

Bobby Kline joined David, Hicks & Lampert Brokerage LLC.

Kline began his career as a broker with Fuller Real Estate Denver in 2003 working in land and apartment sales. He then joined Excell Fund Brokerage in 2010 to focus on retail user and landowner transactions.

In his 10 years in the commercial real estate business, Kline has brokered more than $80 million in sales and leasing transactions throughout Colorado.

A Denver native, Kline received his bachelor’s degree in consumer sciences/marketing from Colorado State University and went on to start his own company, InPlay Designs, which sold innovative products for golf courses. Several notable clients include: THF Reality, Mile High Development, Medici Communities, Central Development, Westside Investments, Top Rock LLC, Family Dollar Stores Inc., Drake Development, Willmax Capital, Neibur Golf, MGL, Aronowitz & Ford, Pomeray Group, Pho Real, True Value, Piedra Peak Investments, MSP Companies and Renaissance Homes.

Justin Brockman joined Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC as a senior adviser. Brockman has more than 15 years of real estate experience working with municipalities, developers, owners, and tenants in Colorado and throughout the country. Prior to Pinnacle, he served as the managing director at the Miller Frishman Group in Denver and worked as a senior leasing representative at THF Realty. Brockman has extensive experience in retail development, retail leasing and commercial and multifamily investment sales. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Alix W. LaSalle joined Otten Johnson Robinson Neff + Ragonetti PC as an associate. LaSalle received her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of School in 2013, a Master of Arts in Latin American area studies from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign, and a Bachelor of Science in political science from the U.S. Air Force Academy.

LaSalle will focus her practice on real estate and litigation law. LaSalle entered law school nine days after retiring from a 20-year career in the U.S. Air Force as an intelligence officer and foreign military attaché. She has broad international experience, with postings in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, as well as multiple combat-zone deployments.
