Loveland firm leases 20,236 sf at Harmony Technology Park

A Northern Colorado business research and training company leased 20,236 square feet of office space at Harmony Technology Park in Fort Collins.

Prosci will relocate its corporate headquarters from Loveland to the building at 5042 Technology Parkway in June. The building also houses Numerica’s headquarters.

Prosci, founded in 1994, is a change-management firm that works with companies worldwide. It has 45 employees.

Peter Kelly of CBRE represented the company in the lease.

Josh Guernsey, Greg Roeder and Jake Arnold of Brinkman Partners represented the landlord, Harmony Tech Park developer MAVDevelopment.

Harmony Technology Park is a 105-acre business park along the Harmony Road corridor. Future development plans include a 50,000-sf sister building to 5042 Technology and a 70,000-sf skilled nursing/assisted-living facility on the east side of Ziegler Road, near Harmony Road.

Also at Harmony Technology Park, Rodelle, formerly Custom Blending, expanded its 32,717-sf building in the park by 35,000 sf last year, and Brinkman Partners recently moved its headquarters to a new 30,600-sf Class A building.

An affiliate of Greeley-based Richmark Holdings paid $14.2 million, according to public records, for Max Flats, a 64-unit apartment development at 505 S. Mason St. in downtown Fort Collins.

Located along the Mason Street corridor, the five-story transitoriented development includes 1,500 square feet of retail space.

A Max bus rapid transit stop is located in front of the building, which Brinkman Partners completed last summer.

Max Flats includes a mix of studio, one-, two- and threebedroom layouts with 100 beds, each with a private bathroom.

SJB Linings leased 6,944 sf of industrial space at 125 Eighth Ave. in Greeley.

Bruce Campbell and Patrick O’Donnell of Realtec-Loveland represented the tenant. Ruben J. Rodriguez is the landlord.

Interstate Land Holdings LLC paid $335,000 for 6,750 sf of office space at 309 E. Fourth St.

in Loveland. DJG Commercial LLC was the seller.

Larry Melton of RealtecLoveland handled the transaction.

C. Dameron Scott of Farmers Insurance leased 2,442 sf of office space at 125 S. Howes St., Unit 1-E, in Fort Collins.

Annah Moore of Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services represented the landlord, GWE LLC. Cobey Wess of Sperry Van Ness/The Group Commercial
represented the tenant.

SIR Environmental Consulting signed a three-year lease for 2,035 sf of office space at 7800 S. College Ave. in Fort Collins.

Erik Broman and Jeff Doran of Realtec represented the landlord, Adams Bank & Trust. Broman also represented the tenant.

PMAC Lending leased 2,001 sf of office space at 400 E.
