Bob Kurlander joined NAI Mountain Commercial as a broker.

Kurlander has extensive experience with big-box and national retailers, which will allow the NAI team to secure and offer a full range of services for national and other large commercial clients that the Vail Valley has so few of, according to the firm.

An Ohio native, Kurlander attended Tulane University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. He relocated to Miami in the early 1970s, where he began his career in real estate.

He was a commercial developer specializing in anchoring retail stores to Wal-Marts. Kurlander developed the first six supercenters in Florida and over the course of 16 years, he completed 173 store locations for Wal-Mart.

He also has experience in assemblages, leasing, build-tosuits, office building development and tenant representation.

He launched his own commercial real estate firm, which currently is active in Melbourne, Florida, but is a full-time resident of Eagle County.

Brian Cox joined Lee & Associates-Denver as a member of its industrial team.

Cox will be working with Ron Webert, principal and senior adviser of the industrial group in Denver.

His primary focus will be in representing industrial tenants and landlords in the leasing, sale and investment of industrial/ flex buildings. Cox brings a targeted and strategic approach to the market, capitalizing on a customer-driven project management role.

Previously, Cox spent more than 10 years in the financial services and health care industries at Oppenheimer and DaVita. He received his Bachelor of Arts in economics from Kalamazoo College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Currently, he is licensed in Colorado and Montana.

Bruce Dahl, managing partner of Fennemore Craig’s Denver office, was named a 2015 Benchmark Litigation Local Star in Colorado.

Dahl also is chair of the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. His experience includes U.S. and foreign patent prosecution, patent infringement studies, design-around efforts and agreements relating to intellectual property. Dahl earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado.
