Maxwell Builders, an award winning Denver-based general contractor with projects throughout the United States, will break ground on a multitenant retail building with Alberta Development Partners for the Promenade at Castle Rock. Including this project, Maxwell Builders and the project’s master planner, Alberta Development Partners, have worked together on numerous projects for the Promenade at Castle Rock since 2016. Maxwell Builders completed construction of three multitenant retail buildings, as well as site work, totaling 23,700 square feet at the Promenade in 2017 and a multitenant restaurant building, plus site work, totaling 8,200 sf earlier this year. “Maxwell Builders is proud of our work at the Promenade at Castle Rock, as well as our excellent relationship with Alberta Development Partners and the robust mix of retailers who are moving in,” said Mike Willingham, vice president of Maxwell Builders. “The completed project will provide an exquisite place for local residents and visitors to enjoy.” The 166-acre Promenade at Castle Rock is a shopping, dining and entertainment complex on the north side of town. Maxwell Builders has three other substantial projects under construction at the Promenade at Castle Rock, including a 22,500-sf Ross retail store and 7-acre site work project, a 10,000-sf Les Schwab Tire Center with associated site work and a 10-acre site improvements package, all set to complete this summer. In addition, Maxwell Builders completed construction of a King Soopers Fuel Center and Zoe’s Kitchen restaurant last year at the Promenade at Castle Rock.
