Kihneman, III, has made the following appointment: Father Arockia Doss Maria Agustine has been appointed Parochial Vicar for St. James Parish, Gulfport effective May 30, 2026. Given at the Diocesan Pastoral Center in Biloxi on April 20, 2026. ?Most Reverend Louis F. Kihneman, III Bishop of Biloxi Official Appointment Despite differences in background, both men now share the same approaching milestone: ordination to the transitional diaconate at Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cathedral, Biloxi by Bishop Louis F. Kihneman III. For Collins, the desire is direct and simple: “ In my ministry as a priest, I hope to save as many souls as possible,” he said. “Jesus is the only one who can bring true healing and peace to their heart.” For Lott, the horizon is just as clear: “One day, I hope to walk into Heaven and see a big crowd there because of something the Holy Spirit did or said through me.” Two different paths. One shared yes -- now moving into service at the altar, in proclamation of the Gospel, and in a life shaped by Christ the Servant.
