At St. Stanislaus, he is active in Student Council, Student Ambassadors, NHS, and Mu Alpha Theta, and has completed 10 AP and 8 honors courses. Farres hopes to pursue a career in law, possibly at Tulane University. We are so proud of his achievements! St. Patrick Catholic High School celebrated a festive start to the season with its inaugural Shamrocks & Snowflakes event, which proved to be a huge success for students, families, and community members. The campus was transformed into a Christmas wonderland featuring game booths, photos with Santa, and even a lively round of soccer with the Grinch -- one of the day’s most popular attractions. In addition to the activities, St. Patrick offered fresh Christmas greenery for purchase, including live garland, Christmas trees, and wreaths. Extras are still available for families who would like to bring a touch of St. Patrick holiday spirit home. Organizers say they are thrilled with the turnout and look forward to making Shamrocks & Snowflakes a cherished annual tradition. A winner from each division was selected and won a cash prize. SVdP Catholic School students place in KC “Keep Christ in Christmas” contest Juniors Blake Henley and Asa Jones have been selected to represent Coast Electric in the 2026 Cooperative Youth Leaders Program. After a day of leadership activities and interviews, Asa and Blake were chosen to join students from across the Coast. They’ll attend a workshop in Jackson this February and head to Washington, D.C., next June for the National Youth Tour!
