id you know that WRJW Radio collects nominations and recognizes a different Senior Citizen of the Week each week? I didn’t know either. Well, hmm, let me think about that. I guess I could nominate my human for Senior of the Week. Dear WRJW Radio, My human is pretty good. She keeps my food bowl filled, and keeps my water fresh, and brushes my fur, and changes my litter box, and opens the door so I can go out, and lets me sleep on her bed, and gives me exactly 3 treats every day. Of course, she’s supposed to do all those things, but I will say that she does them with a good attitude. I think she likes my company. She talks to me while I’m following her around. Her cat dialect is atrocious, but she keeps trying. She doesn't seem to mind too much when I walk back and forth on her desk between her and her computer game. Last night she left me outside all night. I guess it was an accident on her part, because when she opened the door this morning and saw me huddled against the door, she was surprised and seemed contrite. She petted my head and ears while I told her how annoyed and forsaken I had felt for being ignored in all that creepy darkness. I reminded her that there are ferocious foxes and monster coyotes out there that menacingly attack delicate and delicious little felines such as I. She was somewhat understanding. I think she has a good heart. Now that I think about it, she could be a little less stingy with my treats. Sincerely, Emma Catherine Yes, it is true that every Wednesday morning WRJW recognizes a Senior Citizen of the Week and depend on nominations from the local community to select the winner.
