Page 17 COMMUNITY-WIDE COVID-19 VACCINATION POP-UP CLINICS At the very end of July in the sweltering heat, a major collaboration effort took place between CRIT Tribal Council, Indian Health Service, La Paz County Health Department, Regional Center for Border Health, MoChemHoNa Senior Center, CRIT CHR, CRIT DHSS, CRIT AG Office, and CRIT Homeland Security, to issue and offer the three effective vaccines, Moderna, Pfizer and J & J free to the public. This is just one of many efforts the Colorado River Indian Tribes have made in recent months to quell the threat of rising COVID-19 new cases in the community.
