The people who did show up just played golf with no payouts. We met back in the clubhouse after golf and had coffee and donuts. Here are the dates we had enough people for payouts. Heron Lakes Roadrunners’ Golf League Submitted by Gwen Johnson The Roadrunners play golf the second and fourth Sunday of each month at 1:00 p.m. The past few months have been too hot, so we have not been playing as a league. Hopefully, it will cool down so we can get back to our league play. A sign-up sheet will be put up as soon, so please watch for it. Heron Lakes Women’s 18-Hole Golf Club Submitted by Nita Calow Starting in November, the Heron Lakes Women’s 18 Hole league will be playing on Thursday afternoons. You may need to change your Thursday bridge games to be free that afternoon. Don’t forget! We welcome golfers in other leagues who wish to join us or anyone new to the area! Stay cool!
