Gulf Pine Catholic • January 3, 2025 15 St. Patrick is proud to announce Shayleen Moeini '25 has been selected by theMississippi Department of Education as one of two Mississippi delegates for the United States Senate Youth Program. This prestigious pro- gram recognizes 104 students (2 students from each state) out of 100,000+ applicants. It rewards a $10,000 scholarship and an opportunity for dele- gates to spend a week in Washington D.C. meeting national leaders such as Supreme Court justices, cabinet members, and even the President! Moeini United States Senate Youth Program S t . P atrick C atholic H igh S chool , B iloxi On Monday, November 25, the East Biloxi Lifeteen attended morning Mass at Our Mother of Sorrows. After Mass, they met in the parish hall and sepa- rated and boxed up the donated food to be given to those in need. On Sunday, November 24, the East Biloxi Lifeteen attended the Hispanic Mass at Blessed Seelos. After Mass, they gathered in the parish hall and made Thanksgiving boxes. Lunch was provided by the Hispanic community. Each member received a blessed rosary as a meaningful gift, reminding them of the beauty and importance of prayer in their service to the Church.
