The newly refurbished facility now boasts customized racks, new benches, and state-of-the-art bars and weights. These significant upgrades pro- vide our students with cutting-edge equipment to support their athletic development. The enhanced weight room will serve multiple purposes, including building strength, as students can now access top-quality equipment for strength training. It also fosters teamwork by encouraging collaborative workouts and team building. Additionally, the advanced equipment supports comprehensive physi- cal development, enhancing overall athletic perfor- mance. The revamped weight room stands as a testa- ment to our Rock-A-Chaw spirit, proudly showcas- ing our school's commitment to excellence. Our sailing team members made waves in two prestigious competitions held September 21-22. In Houston, Aidan Castle and Karoline Burroughs rep- resented our school at the SEISA District Single- handed Championships. Aidan secured an impres- sive fourth place finish in the boys ILCA 7 class, while Karoline claimed fifth place in the girls ILCA 6 class. Meanwhile, in Pensacola, Jack Timberlake competed in the Sunfish Regional Championships. Jackʼs exceptional sailing prowess was on full dis- play as he clinched first place in the youth category and an outstanding seventh place overall. This remarkable achievement has earned Jack a spot in the upcoming Youth World Championships. St. Stanislaus hosted local fifth and sixth grade boys to a thrilling pre-game event on Friday, September 13. The event preceded our varsity foot- ball match against the Moss Point Tigers. Our young athletes participated in athletic challenges and received an inspiring talk from Coach Tate Thigpen. The Rock-A-Chaw band and Bay Ratz Marching Battery delivered exciting musical performance. The highlight came when boys formed a spirit line to cheer our varsity team onto the field.
