H oly T rinity P arish , C olumbia O ur M other of M ercy P arish , P ass C hristian On Sunday, November 28, the Our Mother of Mercy congrega- tion was welcomed with lots of praise, worship and celebration as thety brought in the first Sunday of Advent. Rev. Rofinus Jas, S.V.D. opened the Mass with a blessing of the Advent Wreath and Regina Charlot lit the candle of Hope. The OMM Liturgical Dancers lead them in a praise dance to the song, “Order My Steps” that helped them to ask the Lord to lead them and guide them everyday as they prepare for the coming of the Savior, Jesus Christ. After Mass, Fr. Jas lead the youth in a continued celebration with an Advent Adoration Hour and Sacrament of Reconciliation. The First Communicants, under the guidance of Catechist, Chantel Normand, were excited to receive God’s forgiveness for the first time in the Sacrament of Reconciliation. Please pray as they continue their journey toward prepare receiving Jesus Christ for the first time in the Sacrament of First Holy Communion. Rev.
