Gulf Pine Catholic • November 26, 2021 16 On Nov. 9, St., Vncent de Paul Catholic School held its annual Veterans Day celebration to pay tribute to all American veterans to say “thank you” for their ser- vice and honor them for their sacrifices. Fifth grader Mack Kelly sang “Proud To Be An American” to open the ceremony. A musical medley representing each service branch of the U. S. military: the Coast Guard, the Air Force, the Navy, the Marine Corps and the Army was proudly sung by our very own fourth and fifth grade classes. St. Michael represented by Zach Secrest presented our guests with a small token of our appreciation and gratitude. Third grader, Zach Secrest, dressed as St. Michael, the patron of soldiers, hands out cards and tokens of appreciation to attending vets. P aul the A postle M ission , T ylertown St. Paul the Apostle Mission in Tylertown held a Rosary Rally for first responders on Nov. 13.
