Gulf Pine Catholic • February 21, 2020 11 Our Lady of Fatima Elementary welcomes Bishop Kihneman to campus Bishop Louis F. Kihneman celebrated the weekly school Mass at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Biloxi on Feb. 7. The bishop also visited with students, faculty, staff and parents.
