The Biloxi section celebrated with Bishop Louis F. Kihneman III, three new members joining its group. They are Sir Matt Powers (Gulfport), Dame Brady Powers (Gulfport) and Sir Sid Degan (New Orleans/Pass Christian). Also celebrated were the promotions of Sir Chuck Ingraham, Dame Jerry Ingraham, Sir Carl Mayeaux and Dame Gretchen Mayeaux to Grand Cross.
