D’IBERVILLE -- Sacred Heart D’Iberville is cel- ebrating their 93rd Bazaar beginning Fri., Oct. 4 at 6 p.m. Sat., Oct. 5 and Sun., Oct. 6, the festivities begin at 11 a.m. Join us for great food, games for the children, bouncehouses, live music, cast net contests, corn hole tournment and silent auction. Also, take a chance at the raffle, first prize $5,000, second prize $500, and third prize $100. Sacred Heart is located at 10446 Lemoyne Boulevard. October 4-6 Holy Family Seafood Festival PASS CHRISTIAN -- The Holy Family Seafood Festival will take place Oct. 4-6 at 140 East Scenic Drive. Come enjoy high quality Gulf Coast food such as gumbo, boiled shrimp, fried seafood, po-boys, Vrazel’s eggplant larosa, and many other mouth-watering treats. There will be crafts, entertainment, $10,000 drawdown and $1,000 raffle. October 5 Life in the Spirit Seminar BAY ST. LOUIS -- A Life in the Spirit Seminar will be held at Our Lady of the Gulf Parish in Bay St. Louis on Sat., Oct. 5, beginning with 7:30 a.m. Mass and continuing until 3 p.m. RSVP to Our Lady of the Gulf Parish Office at (228) 467-6509. This event is presented by: Catholic Charismatic Renewal of New Orleans & Our Lady of the Gulf Parish. The Life in the Spirit Seminar is commonly used by Catholic groups in the context of a personal renewal in faith. It is an instrument for bringing people into a deeper experience of the work of the Holy Spirit. The seminar offers the basic presentation of the Gospel and the teaching about what gifts the Lord gives to those who come to Him. October 6 Rosary, Mass & Healing Service BILOXI -- Blessed Seelos Church, Biloxi, will host a Rosary, Mass and Healing Service, Sun., Oct. 6 at 2 p.m. with the Rosary recitation at 1:30 p.m., at 360 Lameuse Street, Biloxi. Rosary and Marian hymns will begin at 1:30 p.m. followed by Mass and praying over at 2 p.m. Included will be individual anointings with oil from the National Blessed Seelos Shrine and the opportunity to venerate the Seelos relic. October 12 Diocesan Middle School Conference HATTIESBURG -- The Diocese of Biloxi Office of Youth Ministry is pre- senting a day-long middle school con- ference hosted by St. Fabian Parish on Sat., Oct. 12, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. (Mass at 5 p.m.). The conference is called “The Challenge,” and it’s an opportunity for our youth to meet other middle school- aged Catholics from all around our dio- cese while deepening their Catholic faith. October 12 & 19 St. Ann Altar Society Yard Sale GULFPORT/LIZANA -- St. Ann Parish Altar Society is hosting a yard sale Sat., Oct. 12, 7 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sat., Oct. 19, 7 a.m.-5 p.m. under the pavilion at 23529 Hwy. 53, Gulfport/Lizana. October 19 Spaghetti Dinner PASCAGOULA -- Sacred Heart Parish in Pascagoula will be holding a spaghetti dinner on Sat., Oct 19, to benefit the parish building fund. Dinner is a spaghetti plate, green salad, garlic toast, dessert and drink. A cash wine and beer bar will be included. Cost of dinner is $12. To go plates will also be available. All proceeds will go toward needed repairs to church prop- erties.
