On June 26, 1993, Bishop Joseph Lawson Howze ordained the men pictured above to the permanent diaconate. Their spouses’ names are listed in parentheses above. Deacon Everard, Deacon Gaule and Deacon LeBlanc, are all retired from active ministry. Deacon Patrick Houghton died on October 20, 1998. Deacon Everard’s wife, Ann, died in 1987. Deacon Stockert’s wife, Janice, died in 2009.
