According to Susan Taylor, who is a member of the parish’s St. Vincent de Paul Society, Ford has dedicated her life to the poor. “Mary Frances has worked tirelessly, serving the poor and homeless, through our St. Vincent de Paul for over 30 years. She truly is the servant hands of Jesus,” said Taylor. “Most of our clients call her ‘Sr. Mary Frances’. Even though she would clarify that she was not, in fact, a nun, the title persisted and many still call her that today.
