The Council hopes to install a commemorative plaque honoring all military members from leg- acy schools and from St. Patrick Catholic High School. April 22 Time change for Hispanic Mass at St. Charles Borromeo PICAYUNE -- Beginning April 22, the Hispanic Mass at St. Charles Borromeo Parish will move to 11:30 a.m. April 26 Annulment Workshop VANCLEAVE -- Msgr. John McGrath will make a presentation on the annulment process on Thursday, April 26, at 7 p.m. at Holy Spirit Church, 6705 Jim Ramsay Road. All are invited to this presentation. Msgr. McGrath will give an in-depth analysis of the annulment process and what is expected of those pursuing an annulment. April 27 OLACrescent Crawfish Boil BAY ST. LOUIS -- Our Lady Academy will hold its 6th Annual Crescent Crawfish Boil Fundraiser on April 27 at Our Lady of the Gulf Community Center at 7 p.m. There will be live entertainment, an OLA tuition raffle (valued at $6,000) or $3,000 cash, theme basket raffle and a silent auction. April 27-29 OLF International Spring Festival BILOXI -- The Our Lady of Fatima International Spring Festival will take place April 27-29 on the parish grounds, 2090 Pass Road, Biloxi. Hours of opera- tion are Friday 4:30-9 p.m.; Saturday 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Sunday 11:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Live entertainment by local artists and thrilling carnival rides are the stars of the three-day family festival. Celebrating its unique combination of diverse cultures, the church’s parishioners share their her- itage each year in music, arts, entertain- ment. In addition to traditional festival favorite foods, fresh seafood from the Gulf is the star in Fatima’s “World Famous Gumbo,” fried fish, po-boys and crabcakes on Saturday. A family-friendly event, there is no charge for admission or parking. Carnival rides are open throughout the Festival and pay-one-price armbands will also be offered. Other festival features will include: a silent auction, arts and crafts vendors, a book sale, rummage sale, and plant booth. April 28 Raffle and Family Fun Day BILOXI -- Raffle and Family Fun Day at Blessed Seelos, Sat., April 28, 3-6:30 p.m. Take a chance and win some great prizes which include 10 $100 res- taurant gift certificates, vacation pack- ages, a 43” TV, 50 lbs. of shrimp, and cash! April 28 St. James School Bayou Bash GULFPORT -- St. James Catholic School’s Bayou Bash will be held April 28 at the Bayou Bluff Tennis Club. Raffle tickets are $100 and admit two adults. There will be bingo, delicious food and live music by the Myles Sharp Band . Raffle prizes include a 2017 Mazda CX-5 SUV, a year of free tuition, a three-night stay at a beautiful beach house near Seaside, FL, four Saints tick- ets and a six-hour limousine ride and $1,000 cash. April 28 and May 5 St. Ann Yard Sales LIZANA -- The Altar Society of St. Ann Parish will hold garage sales on Saturday, April 28, and Saturday, May 5. These are multi-family fundraising garage sales with numerous items. To name just a few, we have chairs, kitchen table/four chairs, rocker, coffee tables, very nice men’s shoes, glassware, stem- ware, vases galore, kitchen items, toys, stuffed animals, big and small, children’s clothing, plants and planters, all sorts of items! The purpose is to raise money to bring a Spanish speaker to help strengthen faith within the fami- ly. May 31-June 3 Saint Ann Catfish Festival LIZANA --The Saint Ann Catfish Festival will be held May 31-June 3 on the parish grounds, 23529 Hwy 53. Hours of operation will be Thurs. 5-11 p.m., Fri. 5-11 p.m., Sat. 9 a.m.- 11 p.m., and Sun. 9 a.m.-6 p.m. There will be great food and live entertainment, carnival rides, children’s games, Bingo, silent auction, and much more. Monthly Mass for People with Special Needs BILOXI -- The International Order of Alhambra Oran Caravan #67 is sponsoring a monthly Mass on the fourth Sunday of each month for people with special needs at 2 p.m. at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 2090 Pass Road. Those participating or wishing to participate in Mass are requested to arrive by 1:30 p.m. Following each Mass will be a social in the Parish Hall for some refreshments.
