celebrated The Outstanding
Building of the Year Awards
and holiday celebration with
a packed house in the Seawell Ball-
room at the Denver Center for the Per-
forming Arts on Nov. 30, 2017.
EricWeisenstein, outgoing Denver
Metro BOMA president, Dagmar Kol-
lar, Denver Metro BOMA president-
elect, and Henry Chamberlain, chief
operating officer of BOMA Interna-
tional, presented the awards.
During the ceremony, the following
individuals were honored:
• Principal member of the year: Tanya

• Allied member of the year: John
Logan, Laff, Gordon, Bennett, Logan PC
• President’s Award: Hunter Marr,
RPA, FMA, LEED AP O+M with Unico
Properties
