The Lab on Platte,

United Properties’ Enterprise Business Center at Stapleton Phase
II, which consisted of 500,000 square feet of speculative space,
was named Industrial Development of the Year. Accepting the
award from NAIOP Colorado President Kevin Kelley, also of
United Properties, is Bill Katter, United Properties president and
chief investment officer. Also pictured, at far left and far right,

The Lab on Platte, developed by Confluent Development
and Brue Capital Partners, was highlighted as the Innovative

lease consideration in 2015,
making him a seven-time win-
ner of the Retail Broker of the
Year award.
Mike Wafer of Newmark
Grubb Knight Frank is a first-
time winner of the Industrial
Broker of the Year award.
Wafer’s 2015 transaction vol-
ume totaled over 30 deals
with more than $90 million in
consideration.
