recently promoted a number
of employees, including
Dale
Sanders, Associate AIA.
Sanders, project manager and
BIMmanager, was promoted
to associate. Sanders has more
than nine years of experience in
architecture and 13 years in con-
struction.
Sanders has been involved
multiple types of construction
ranging from
modular
buildings to
high-rise and
multifam-
ily projects.
Sanders
joined the
architecture
firm four
years ago,
focusing on
large multifamily projects and
custom designed pool houses.
One of Sanders’ current projects
is Brent’s Place Too, which is pro
bono work for JGJA.
Maui Sandoval, IIDA,
senior
interior designer, also was pro-
moted to associate. Sandoval has
seven years’
experience
in hospitality
design and
furniture,
fixtures and
equipment
purchasing.
Sandoval
oversees
the interior
design team
at JGJA. Sandoval currently is
managing the interior design
for six hotels, including Hilton
Garden Inns, Embassy Suites,
the Z Block hotel in Lower
Downtown and the independent
Halcyon Hotel in Cherry Creek,
and several multifamily housing
projects.
Cassie Turbow, AIA, LEED
AP,
project manager for the firm,
was promot-
ed to associ-
ate. Turbow
has 10 years
of experi-
ence in urban
design and
architecture.
Turbow’s
focus is on
multifamily,
urban infill
and transit-oriented develop-
ment. She currently is working
on a large-scale housing infill
project at 16th and Milwaukee
streets in Denver’s City Park
neighborhood and a TOD
affordable housing project at the
Yale light-rail station.
Jovina Amor, Associate AIA,
senior design-
er, also was
promoted
to associate.
Amor has
been with the
firm for more
than 13 years.
Amor focuses
on conceptual
and feasibil-
ity design for
projects and her skillset ranges
from initial design concepts
through design development
and construction documenta-
tion. Amor has been involved
in projects including 24 Walnut,
Block 32 at RiNo, Alexan Flat-
Irons, Glacier Club, Bradburn
Village and The Douglas.
Lukasz Ciesielski, Associate
AIA,
senior
designer, was
promoted to
associate. Cie-
sielski started
his career in
Poland and
has 10 years
of experience
in Denver.
Ciesielski is
a part of the
JGJA design and graphic illus-
tration process and currently
is designing several emerging
firm projects, including a Hilton
Garden Inn and Embassy Suites
mixed-use project in Boulder, a
high-rise condominium in Cher-
ry Creek and other hospitality
and housing design.
Tom Current,
associate, busi-
ness manager, was promoted
to associate
principal.
Current has
overseen
business
management
for JGJA for
eight years
and cur-
rently leads
all business
operations of
the firm including accounting,
human resources and informa-
tion technology. Current also
plays a role mentoring staff as
well as managing facilities and
infrastructure needs for JGJA.

Trey Nobles
joined
GH
Phipps
as its chief operating
officer.
Nobles brings 30-plus years
of construction education and
executive-level construction
experience to the construction
manager-gen-
eral contract-
ing firm.
Nobles is
responsible
for oversee-
ing all aspects
of operations
for Phipps,
including
construction
operations,
special projects, safety and the
company’s construction equip-
ment resources.
Nobles earned a construction
management degree from Colo-
rado State University. His career
began with a small geotechnical
engineering firm after gradua-
tion. He soon joined PCL Con-
struction during construction
of the main terminal building
at Denver International Air-
port. He worked for PCL for 20
years, taking on progressively
larger roles and ultimately
becoming vice president and
Rocky Mountain division man-
ager. During that time, he was
involved in major area projects
such as the Ellie Caulkins Opera
House, the Robert and Judi
Newman Center and the Flour
Mill Lofts. He recently served
as president of a full-service
engineering, procurement and
construction firm that designs
and builds power plants across
North America.

Nick Wilson
joined
Elements
as account executive at the
full-service commercial interior
products dealership’s Denver
headquarters.
Wilson will manage business
logistics for the entirety of a cli-
ent transaction. His goal will
be to help
clients select
solutions that
will adapt
and change
with their
businesses,
maximizing
their invest-
ment and
minimizing
their long-
term cost of ownership. Wilson
also will focus on incorporating
workplace trends and research
into cutting edge solutions for
clients across Colorado and
Wyoming.
Prior to joining the firm, Wil-
son worked in sales and design
for Contract Furnishings in
Denver and Office Outfitters
in Grand Junction. Wilson has
a bachelor’s degree in fine arts
with a concentration in furni-
ture design from Colorado Mesa
University.
The firm also expanded its
architectural products group to
include two new account execu-
