been recognized as the first
multitenant office building in
Colorado to achieve Platinum
LEED for Existing Building
Operations and Maintenance.
Managed and leased by
CBRE, the office building also
achieved LEED Gold Core and
Shell and LEED Commercial
Interiors.

of the first multitenant office
building team to achieve three
LEED rating system certifica-
tions at 1900 Sixteenth Street:
LEED Platinum EBOM, LEED
Gold CS and LEED CI on 100
percent of tenanted space,”

Bentall Kennedy, real estate
adviser for the building owner,

Property
Trust, partnered with Trammell
CrowCo. to lead the process for
LEED CS and LEED CI project
certifications. CBRE’s manage-
ment and leasing teams collab-
orated with Bentall Kennedy to
complete required documenta-
tion and building regulations
for LEED CI certifications and
LEED EBOM certification.
