We believe collaboration is a key driver of differentiation, ex- ceeding customer expectations and ultimately, business success. By leveraging the attractive amenities near our newheadquarters and the forward-thinking benefits we’ve designed into our office space, we’ve created an offering we believe will draw our employees back into the workplace. Ultimately, this space is providing our organization a grounding point for re- turning to the office. We’re confident in our decisions and the care and attention to detail that has gone into the overall project to ensure a smooth, exciting 2021 and forward for MWH. Rowley: Employee well-being, safety and confidence in the workplace envi- ronment are all priorities and key driv- ers. Our culture is collaborative, so this new space makes a lot of sense for us – we have nimble, flexible spaces that can ebb and flow as the world learns more about the workplace and what a suc- cessful RTW Plan really looks like. Walsh: Open minds and adaptability become key advantages. There is a lot of psychology in- volved, as well as strategy. Coit: Everyone is doing their best to try to read what the future holds for workplace design for corporate clients. This space had so many existing advantages for MWH that we were able to take advantage of which, in turn, helps to level set the unknowns. \\ End User
