Courtesy Rocky Mountain Photography wraps the first few floors, an homage to Denver and some of the older structures still thriving in RiNo. But, Mather explains that they took it a step further. “If you look at the detailing, some of the brick colors and textures change as you walk around the buildings to give it some variety,” says Mather. “There’s also a lot of texture to it. Some of the brick is raked, has ins and outs that create shadow to have a bit more of a RiNo feel.” To capture even more of that RiNo essence, local artists were com- missioned to provide some street art accents. In addition, the work of local artists can be found on the inside of the space, as well. Rising up from the brick, bondarized corrugated metal panels — a direct nod to RiNo’s industrial vibe — frame long, horizontal expanses of windows that give the building an industrial chic look. And if it’s possible for an eight-story building to look sleek, this one does. Next-Level Amenities The Hub has every amenity you would expect in a “next level” office building. A 4,000-sf fitness center? Check. Bike storage? Check. / The Hub /
